Returns are accepted only in case of verified manufacturing defects.

Any defect must be reported within 5 (five) days of delivery, along with supporting evidence. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Transit damage, improper handling, misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation are not covered.

If a return is approved after inspection, the Company will issue a store credit (gift card) equivalent to the product value only.

Shipping charges, taxes, and any other fees are non-refundable.

No cash refunds will be provided.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any claim at its sole discretion.
